« I had a suite that was very large and absolutely lovely. This is one of the few hotels that actually honors the Do Not Disturb sign. I stayed on North America time and did not often leave the room until 4 or 5 p.m. I was never hassled and was supplied with coffee, tea, water, and sugar as needed. I would love to come back and bring my wife. The location in the heart of the Souk Waqif is wonderful. Getting in and out with luggage is a bit wonky because taxis cannot come all the way to the...

« Personnel très amical et accueillant. L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le quartier de "West Bay". Un grand Mall avec un carrefour se trouve aussi à proximité. Idéal pour les enfants en bas âge, avec une grande aire de jeux et aussi une petite piscine chauffée, agréable en hiver. Quelques restaurants et une supérette abordables et pratiques. Un grand parking gratuit. L'accueil de l'hôtel nous a organisé une visite de la mer intérieur/4x4 dans les dunes, avec un guide très sympathique, demandé...

Un petit ennui avec la climatisation à l’arrivée, le personnel nous a changés de chambre rapidement et même surclassés. Les options de restaurations sont nombreuses et de grande qualité. Le personnel est constamment aux petits soins que ce soit à l’entrée, à la réception ou au bord de la piscine. Une adresse de prestige au centre de Doha où nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir!."

J'ai payé avec ma carte bleue et quelques jours plus tard, la personne nous informe que c'est complet jusqu'au 02 01 2025 inclus. Nous avons donc demandé le remboursement et celle-ci nous promet qu'il s'effectuera dans les jours qui suivent par virement bancaire. Nous sommes le 20 03 2025 et je n'ai toujours pas eu de remboursement alors que mon amie Darya oui. Je relance leur service pour que cela se fasse rapidement mais je doute que cela serve à quelque chose. Un conseil : payer avec du cash vos excursions et demander bien un reçu à votre nom si vous êtes plusieurs."
