All the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, especially Mary and Santosh, for their excellent service. Our room was cleaned very well by Mostafezur. The food was delicious and well prepared. Negative: The hotel is located in a residential area, which is not ideal for tourists. Additionally, the hotel is a bit old and could benefit from some renovation.
