"This hotel is better in person! We enjoyed swimming laps in the pool and relaxing in the hammock on the roof which was a magical place to watch the sun rise over the town and Lake Chapala. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. Only wished they had coffee in the room. They did allow us an early check in which we greatly appreciated! Check in info ended up in my spam so be sure to check that if you haven’t heard from them after booking."

"Simply the best if you want to be in the center of everything and not break the bank. Excellent customer service from everyone. The breakfast options was my favorite. Highly recommend."

"The property has pleasant gardens and great potential, but several operational areas need improvement. Issues included voltage problems, insufficient air conditioning, no properly installed in-room safe, and two occasions without electricity and water. Some staff members were kind, but the property needs stronger operational standards and better basic hospitality to match its potential."

"The pool is refreshing. The location is central, but within the walls the place is serene. The rooms are lovely. There are many delicious choices for breakfast. But what makes the place for me is the staff - who are all friendly and super accommodating. I will return again. "

"Be sure to press the red button on the water heater or you will only have cold water. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable. Walking distance to a shopping center that has a Cinema, restaurants, coffee shop, Bakery, a grocery store, and a gym that allows you to get a day pass for under $5. It has a single car garage!!! I "
