Composed of a living room and kitchen area opening onto a 7 m2 terrace and separated from the bedroom by a workshop-style glass roof, the apartment is very comfortable (air conditioning, washing machine, toaster, etc.) and bright .
Refurbished and fully equipped:
- Bathroom: heated towel rack - bathroom furniture.
- Bright bedroom with fitted dressing room = Double bed - Bedside table - Washing machine (ideally placed in the bedroom dressing room to save space)
- Living room / kitchen = Television - High table - Stools - Sofa - Coffee table - TV cabinet - microwave - oven - fridge - ceramic hob - toaster - utensils and dishes.
It does not have a sea view but the meals on the sheltered terrace are very pleasant (quiet living area).
Located in a secure residence with private parking, intercom, electric gate, you will not encounter any parking problems.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (out of 3) without elevator BUT the parking lot is on the 3rd floor level so you only have to go down 1 floor to unload your luggage and your shopping!
The apartment is close to all amenities - 5 min walk to the supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc.
It is ideally placed to do many things without taking a car:
- 10 min walk from Ajaccio market (open every morning).
- 10 min walk from the famous Rue Fesch and the Cours Napoléon, opening onto the Place du Diamant and the small streets of the historic city center (Napoleon's house - the Citadel - the cathedral - the A Bandera historical museum - etc.).
- 10 min walk from the huts and the first beaches.
- 10 min on foot (700m) to access the bus station (serving airport, beaches, etc.), as well as the Railway Station to explore our mountains by Micheline.
- 500 m from a jogging track along the seafront and our beaches.
- 15 min walk from the bus stop (line 5) taking you to La Parata, the Sanguinaires Islands (accessible by car in 20 min) and to some of our most beautiful beaches.
- 15 min walk from the sea shuttle that can take you to Porticcio and its straw huts (accessible by car in 20 minutes) and departures from maritime cruises.
For the less sporty, a bus stop "Center hospitalier" (line 4) is present 250 m from the entrance of the building and serves the Cours Napoléon, the market square, the Place Diamant and the historic city center. .

Household linen can be provided free of charge (sheets, pillowcases, hand towels)
The little extras for a comfortable stay, we offer:
- Pick you up and take you back to the airport (for 10 € return).
- To collect your groceries and deliver them to you before your arrival (for 15 €).
- To organize a romantic and floral welcome for a surprise (for 50 €).
- To do end of stay cleaning (for 40 €).
