Barn stay with dairy goats! Your clean cozy spot in the barn is waiting for you
10/10 Excellent
"My son and I had the pleasure on staying at Dave and Miken's farm while visiting the Burlington area. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time spend at the farm itself! The property is exactly as described and pictured. The guest bungalow is small but cozy, and between the goats, doggos, ducks and a suprise visit from the pig welcoming committee (they had us in hysterics), we spent very little time inside. The goats make excellent flat-mates and my son and I had fun trying to pick out all their unique calls and tones of voice. We were introduced to All of them by name and quickly learned your favorite spots for dental scratches and attention.Dave and Miken were so incredibly warm and generous with their time, we were immediately made to feel at home. They were there to meet us when we arrived, despite some changes in our eta, and were beyond kind, happy to teach us as much (or as little) as we wanted to know about their farm.We hope to return soon. Dave and Miken's farm is truly an oasis of peace for animal and nature lovers!"
"I liked the calm of the environment. Very peaceful. Staff was both friendly and helpful. The property was cute and cozy. Warm decorations. Amazing back yard view/sitting area.
-The ONLY thing I didn’t like was needing to leave Our room to have to use a separate bathroom down the Hall. Where as All other guest had a connected bathroom within their room… please note this wouldn’t have been so bothersome if the bathroom wasn’t located at the top of the stairs- with an Open View window at the bottom of the stair, looking in.
***Problem can be easily solved by putting up a window curtain -Thank you :)"
"What a wonderful stay at this inn. You pull up to a stunning vista. Enter an elegant country inn where the beds are comfy, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. It was so hard to leave."
