"Cute and modern 3 bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bath with large shower which is not common! We did arrive around 2030 and their were no bath towels, but the caretaker came immediately. The cost of linens and towels and cleaning fee should be built in to the final price but in the fine print it says you must pay in cash this extra amount. "Very new and very nice. Out of everything it was just as it should be! One thing I would recommend is to remove the big tree in front of the sauna as that would make for a beautiful view. But this is only a recommendation. Everything was great."

"The cottage was ok, very small and rather outdated, but it did the job for a quick overnight stay during our Bavaria and Austria trip, would not recommend for longer stay. HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! Each person has to bring their own bed linen and towels. And you'll receive an email with mattress and bedding...

"Die Unterkunft ist in einem schönen Ort und war absolut sauber und angenehm. Auch die größe der Wohnung war für 4 Personen ideal. Die Kommunikation vor während und nach der Reise reibungslos. "We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed.
