« Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au chalet Chisholms of Troy ! Nous disposions du chalet le plus éloigné de la route, très tranquille avec une vue fantastique sur l'eau et la côte en face. Le chalet était très propre et bien équipé, que ce soit la salle de bain ou la cuisine (ce qui tombe bien car il n'y a pas grande option de restauration dans le coin). Joliment refait, avec fauteuils et table à picnic devant le chalet. La propriété dispose de plus d'un accès direct à la piste cyclable...

« A very nice property. Four couples stayed there a night while on a motorcycle tour of Nova Scotia. One of the bedrooms didn’t have access to a bathroom so it was more of a 3br house rather than 4br. Spacious with many amenities but there were numerous sticky notes around informing us of things that didn’t work or shouldn’t be used. The access road was gravel and not motorcycle friendly. »

« The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor »

« We needed a place to freeze some packs for medication and these hosts went above and beyond to help. They also provided us with fresh eggs and blueberries from their homestead. Place was clean and she had the radio playing when we came in. So sweet! The water was warm and clear for us and was so nice to wade in. « La chambre était parfaite! Tout ce dont j’avais besoin. Un bémol sur le stationnement. L’hôtel n’a qu’un seul stationnement pour les clients. S’il est pris, on doit se stationner sur la rue StMary’s. C’est un peu loin pour apporter nos bagages. J’ai parlé avec d’autres voyageurs qui n’étaient pas satisfaits non plus pour le stationnement. Aussi, les détails de réservation devraient être aussi en français. »
