« Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay! »

« Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. »

« Excellent hotel for our visit to The Creation Museum. Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in. We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in. »

« No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. »

« No cart for luggage had to carry luggage to room asked for another pillow because pillows were flat and wore out lady at desk said they did not have extras but she would check and see if she could find one and she would let us know room wasnt the cleanest air conditioner did not work properly all it wasnt at all like it was advertised . Very outdated, ceiling piece were falling on the blankets. Would never stay again. »

« The casino itself was ok but could use some updates but was fine. The room was not the best at all the floors had multiple stains and we had a toilet issue that the staff handled right away. Bed was comfortable though »

« I rent for two nights. My family and I noticed when walking down the hall the carpet looked like it had been vacuum in a few days. The toilet in the room we had the first night wasn't even bolted to the floor, when we pulled the fitted sheets back to check wr found hair then we had spiders crawling on the ceiling. « L'hôtel semble presque neuf et il est proche du centre commercial et de nombreuses chaînes de restaurants. Hôtel presque dans l'alignement des pistes de l'aéroport donc beaucoup de nuisance sonore lors du passage des avions. »

« I dont understand why this hotel has such a bad evaluation note. It is clean, confortable and with a very kind staff. It is not a 5 stars hotel at the beach, but it gives wht it promisses. »

« Many restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. Also a liquor store with good prices. As for the room itself, the sheets could've been cleaner. There were what looked to be cigarette burns, albeit small ones. The rest of the room was clean, including the bathroom. I'm satisfied. »

« The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom. »
