« Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay! »

« First sight of our room, loved the space. Huge room. Then from dinged up door, to room stayed hot even with air on 63, we took a fan still couldn't cool the room off. Thermostat on wall was broke off, front desk came and tried fixing it. Was reading 81 in the room. Shower head looks like it has been on for decades. Cleaning staff needs to put effort to making sure hair from prior quest are cleared from bathroom. Now to pool area gross water didn't feel clean at all windows wide opened. Hottub...

« No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. »

« No cart for luggage had to carry luggage to room asked for another pillow because pillows were flat and wore out lady at desk said they did not have extras but she would check and see if she could find one and she would let us know room wasnt the cleanest air conditioner did not work properly all it wasnt at all like it was advertised . Very outdated, ceiling piece were falling on the blankets. Would never stay again. »

« Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. »

« How's it sound? The property being pet-friendly, along with the low $50 incidental deposit, was a plus and made traveling with our large dogs easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the property fell well short of expectations. Cleanliness was not up to standard—we encountered an unpleasant odor in the room and found leftover items such as lids from old containers, hairs on the bed, etc. from previous guests, which is unacceptable....

« Many restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. Also a liquor store with good prices. As for the room itself, the sheets could've been cleaner. There were what looked to be cigarette burns, albeit small ones. The rest of the room was clean, including the bathroom. I'm satisfied. »

« L'hôtel semble presque neuf et il est proche du centre commercial et de nombreuses chaînes de restaurants. Hôtel presque dans l'alignement des pistes de l'aéroport donc beaucoup de nuisance sonore lors du passage des avions. »

« The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom. »
