"The room was clean. It was nice that the water was complementary. The fridge did not really work and my leftovers were ruined. The bathroom lights were extremely dim. The water was super hot and the closet was spacious."

We and other travelers had to wait an hour and a half past 3pm because rooms were not ready. It turned out that they were but this was not communicated to the front desk."

There was only 1 towel in our room for a family of 4 so we had to call and ask for more. The floor was dirty and sticky and there were no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. The charging outlets didn’t work. Very disappointing especially for a Hyatt"
