The area is very quiet and allows you to rest and relax enjoying the day with friends and family. The terrace offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the coastal cities. The private pool is heated and is 'infinity' type (pool Inifinity). the pool is 8m x 4m. The pool is provided of a cover which is very useful for keeping the pool warm enough. The heating of the pool is lit from October to May and runs automatically from 9:00 until 17:00\. You may also put in function 24h with an additional charge of 10 euros per day. The pool heating function can be put also in the summer, 10 euros per day from 9:00 to 17:00\. and 15 euros per day 24h. It is ideal for tourists who do not want to be away from the tourist cities, but want to enjoy peace and privacy, away from mass tourism accommodation. The villa is equipped with: \- Wifi ADSL; \- Towels, pool towels and linen; \- Television with Spanish channels, English, German and French; \- Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric and gas heaters, Hair Dryer and Safe. From the lounge you can enjoy a unique view of the Atlantic and the island 'La Gomera'. In 8 minutes you get to the beach or the golf course (driving). The house is ideal for families with children, but also perfect for families without children. the house has a large bedroom with a bathroom en suite (shower). The two other two rooms share a bathroom with shower. The living room has a dining table for 6 people. For younger have high chairs, cribs if necessary. We recently spent a week at this villa in Adeje and it was amazing! The house was pretty clean, had everything we needed and Alessandro (the host) was always available anytime. The pool was perfectly heated, making it enjoyable even on cooler days. The location is quiet and an ideal gateway for exploring both the south and northwest of the island. What's more, the villa offered stunning views and sunset on La Gomera. We recommend this Villa! ##### Flavien E. Seuls points négatifs les odeurs dans les salles de bains et la piscine très froide malgré le chauffage la journée et la bâche la nuit. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor zowel wandelingen in de natuur (op korte rijafstand met de auto) als dagjes strand. Het huis was zeer schoon. Het contact met de eigenaar was prima, hij reageerde zeer snel bij vragen. Het zwembad was schoon en aangenaam verwarmd waardoor het ook op koelere dagen nog lekker was gebruik te maken van het zwembad.We kunnen dit huis zeker aanbevelen en komen graag nog een keer terug! ##### Alice v. Die Villa ist super, wenn auch ein paar kleinere Gebrauchsspuren vorhanden sind. Als Familie mit zwei Teenagern und drei Schlafzimmern war es ideal. Der Garten, der Pool und der Ausblick war natürlich ein Traum und der Hauptaufenthaltsort (der Eltern ;-)).Es gibt Fliegengitter an den Fenstern was wirklich super ist, da es tatsächlich auch Schnaken gibt. Mit den Vorhängen und der einen Klimaanlage im Wohnraum war es möglich das Haus kühl zu halten. Trotz dessen, dass der Vermieter in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft wohnt, fühlten wir uns in unserer Privatsphäre überhaupt nicht eingeschränkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Florian O. The place was a real palace, loads of space, fantastic views and a superb infinity pool with a lovely view down the mountain towards the coast. Loads to do in the area swell. Alessandro ( the villa owner ) was excellent to deal with and answered all our questions very quickly. He was very friendly and we had a good laugh together upon meeting.
