« This is our second stay. When they say 1 step above camping that is misleading. By that I mean, if you have camped, this is 20 steps above camping. You have a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. It has a screened porch, a deck and right on the pond. There are lights and outlets to charge phones and there is service for phones! « This was mine and my husbands' first trip to Maine and Wanda made us feel right at home. She was always quick to respond and helpful with advise and recommendations. This little Dyers Bay cottage was such a nice place to come back to after an afternoon of exploring the area. We were blessed with perfect weather and temperatures and the sunsets were beautiful. We missed the sunrises because, being from KY, we never realized that it gets daylight at 4:30am, lol. We wish it was that way in KY :)...

« Location, cleanliness, amenities were all a 10, but the downstairs bed was hard as a rock, and the others were so so. Comfortable beds are a must, Invest in some better bedding and this place would be a perfect 10. I would also suggest a queen sized bed for the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise we had a great vacation visiting Acadia and the surrounding area. »

« Truely enjoyed our stay at your property. It had everything we needed and it was a nice location. Close to a market if we needed anything, restaurants across and down the road, and icecream for a wonderful treat. Schoodic was close and beautiful to explore. « Myself and my family stayed at this property for a week. Had a few bumps when we first got there but the property manager was absolutely amazing. Responded immediately and got everything straightened out. The property is beautiful whether you are outside or looking out from inside. Was further than I thought from Acadia but we managed. No issues with the hot water and there were 6 of us. We had fun filled days and very peaceful relaxing evenings. Wonderful rental. »

« Lovely home with all accoutrements. Great view. Weather was terrific. Deer were plentiful on property and on Pigeon Hill Road-Careful! House was very clean on arrival. Minor issues-could not get combination lock to work; call to managers gave us combo to key box-all good. Was a little disappointed with road between house and beach; little or no traffic-so really no issue. Should have been mentioned in AD. Lite in refrigerator inoperative-Tory fixed it-very personable. « This house was just spectacular. We were looking for something that was quiet , on the water, and this house didn't disappoint. Close enough to so many activities but far enough from the crowds of Bar Harbor. The house was very very clean and had everything we were looking for.
