« Room was exceptional y clean.
Very very hot fan was supplied but did absolutely nothing (it was the hottest few days)
Only one window could open and that was a maximum of 3 inches
We will book again but study the facilities much closer . Slightly misleading when you read the descriptions where it says "hotel apartments"

« We only had one night at Rose Cottage however we wished we could have stayed longer. Beautifully furnished and more spacious than we imagined. Great to have 2 bathrooms too - real bonus. Kitchen and lounge areas were perfect. Beds were also really comfortable and we were amazed how quiet it was considering it was attached to other properties.
All in all a real gem of a cottage in a really pretty village. »

« The only reason for the lower condition rating is the visible mould around the master bedroom window which needs remediation. The new wooden wardrobe in that room is currently unusable due to a strong musty smell.

« A great cottage to either use as a base to explore the major locations in the Torbay and Totnes area or to just relax in peace and quiet. Just a short walk to the pub and having parking space right outside the front door is a real bonus. All amenities you could ask for are provided in the cottage. »
