No let us, not tomatoes, no onions. And the wrong kind of cheese I sent in laundry it came back dirtier that when I sent it in"

"Great stay for a few nights. The property and the rooms are a bit old looking but overall nice enough for what we needed. We had to ask several times for hand soap because there wasn't any in our room, but they got us some eventually. The hotel breakfast is amazing, so many options for a buffet. I was really impressed. The restaurant was very good too."

"First off I was greeted very nicely by the front desk . Made to feel welcome. Then upon entering the room there was my photo and personal greeting on the TV . Wow was I surprised..never in the 25 years of traveling around the world havevi ever seen this as well as a note from the Big Boss. You sold me right there.. the room was laid out Well, bed very comfortable, nice view of Samarinda from the window also Breakfast was well laid out, plentiful selections and hot pancakes really were...

"The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast without a deposit. The FO gave me a room with a nice view, the sea and the pool. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the shower was very strong. but now they don't provide bar soap, shower cap, toothbrush in the bathroom but when you check in, they will ask for this and if you need it, they will give it to you. everything is ok, only the security in front of the lobby door must be alert if guests bring a lot of luggage. There is no need to ask whether they need help carrying the suitcase or not. I think it's better to just help directly without having to ask. Novotel Balikpapan, January 5, 2026"
