"This hotel is very new, clean & contemporary. The lobby area was large with plenty of seating. There is a small area with snacks and a self-checkout, but it did not list several of the items available, so it was necessary to get assistance from the front desk to make a purchase. We chose this hotel for its convenient proximity to Dollywood. When we arrived, we learned that they sold tickets to Dollywood with a small discount versus the website, so that was nice. Since the hotel was new, we found several minor issues such as no stopper in the sink at all (dangerous) and the sliding bathroom door was off its track. The first time I closed this door, I could not open it and was trapped inside. Thankfully, my husband was in the room and he was able to force it open. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay at Cambria Pigeon Forge."
