"According to locals this used to be very good, since Covid it has falling in disrepair. We checking in at night to a dark lobby only reception had light. Our room was moldy around the air conditioner and sink which was also filthy. The toilet seat was not attached and toilet dirty. We didn’t stay and didn’t receive our deposit back. "

"Wij hadden een prima verblijf in het Night Desert Camp. ’s Ochtends waren we in Midelt. Via What’s App hebben we doorgegeven dat wij rond 16 uur in Merzouga zouden zijn. Wij werden opgehaald bij Auberge Sahara. Daar konden wij onze auto parkeren. Chauffeur Mohamed stond al klaar met zijn 4WD. Onderweg naar het kamp bezochten we o.a. een oude mijn en dronken we thee bij een nomadenfamilie. Bij aankomst in het kamp hebben wij een rit op een kameel gemaakt voor de zonsondergang. "The hotel manager was very helpful, collected us from Merzouga and drove us back and forth to the MaMa Africa music festival. (We travel by bus not car). The staff were keen to help and i was able to have several large pot of Lipton (black tea) with milk......bliss. The food seemed good although we didn’t have a main meal as we ate mainly in Merzouga. The pool was wonderful and wine was available at a good price."

"We stayed at White Camel Acaccia - which is a 5 tent camp setup by Merzouga Luxury Desert Camps. Excellent service, clean rooms. Food was wonderful. We had dinner and breakfast. Mustafa took care of every little request and detail. Merzouga Luxury Camps have two sites close to each other. This is the smaller site. Personalized service."

"A good stay for a night. The tent had all amenities like a king size bed, hot water, charging outlets etc. A warning- no heater! The dinner was okay. Though despite telling them one guest was vegetarian, they still overlooked this and did not even offer alternatives, which is surprising, this being a luxury camp. Otherwise an okay experience. "

"On arrival we were asked to book additional transfers plus meals to get to our tents on the other side of the desert. Luckily we could change to the rooms inside Les Pyramides. It was not clear during booking, that the tents need additional for pay transport. We thought the tents were just behind the main building. Cleanliness of the rooms was ok."
