"Old school Travellodge from the 50’s reimagined into a mid-century modern quasi hipster hangout without any pretense. Beautiful outdoor space and if the weather is nice, a straightforward 10–15 minute walk to the convention center, which is why I was in town."

"Everything was great. Except for the fact that my last stay was April 9-10th, I gave them my card for a $100. Deposit for incidentals and have yet to receive that deposit yet. I had planned on returning in May, but probably will not if this is how they choose to do business!"

"Bed was good and room was overall okay, but I little musky. The elevator smelt bad and the pool was very dirty. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but got the job done. Overall 3.5 stars. The location from the hotel could make it a 4. Paid a little more than I thought the stay was worth."

"This is a budget hotel in a good location for getting to Durham, Chapel Hill and Raleigh. The hotel is dated but kept clean. Nothing fancy here but for travelers who don’t want to spend hundreds for a room it works. Staff are very nice and helpful."
