« Best cheap motel option in the Grass Valley / Nevada City area. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Safe area. Clean, basic. Fridge worked, as did microwave and coffee brewer. Good heat. Hot water took 3 minutes to warm up but when it did it was plenty toasty. Bed, sheets and pillow got the job done. Gal at front desk was friendly and helpful. All the motel I needed. »

« We stayed here for a girls weekend and had such a great time. The photos truly do not do this place justice. The home is adorable, very clean, and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of extra bedding and towels, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking.It is a shared property, but you hardly notice it at all. The goats and geese were such a fun surprise and made our mornings even better. We will definitely be back. »

« Location is beautiful (the stars are amazing!) and the house is absolutely wonderful. It has everything you need and the vibe is very relaxing and welcoming. We made use of the projector for movie nights which was super fun. One heads up - the master bedroom does not have any curtains, so I recommend eye masks for sleeping! Otherwise, 10/10 excellent and would totally come back! »
