« This house was beautiful and extremely spacious for our large group (3 couples with 7 kids 12-17). The downstairs was a perfect place for all the kids. They had their own kitchenette, bathroom, couch, table with chairs, and access to the pool and front of the house. We spent a ton of time on the expansive front porch, around the large kitchen island, and on the plush living room couches, watching movies at night. « The house was perfect for our friend trip. We came by boat and kept it at Exuma Yacht Club. We went to Santanna's for drinks and conch, we went to Chat N Chill and then explored some bars by EYC. « We stayed in August. Villa was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, beach towels, kayaks and beach toys. Owner was always there if needed. We asked for a cooler and a couple of hours later it was waiting for us by the front door. View and location are unmatched. Plenty of outdoor seating, beautiful private beach and a gazebo with the most stunning view. Charlie, thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property. « We booked Melissa’s listing last minute when the weather turned bad for us to cross back to Florida after staying in Elbow Cay for a few days. We are exceedingly beyond happy with this property!
