"Location is great and the room was clean,reason why I booked again. However they seem to overbook the rooms as it happened twice to us ,this April and September ,arrived and another room was given to me instead! Unaceptable but Must say the issue was resolved by the next day .Also booked and payed a taxi for early airport pickup with the day time young female but taxi never showed up !!Thanks to the young male night receptionist for sorting it out without further delays... "

"blood on the floor, quite clean bed, loudly medina next to the window, on friday it was impossible to sleep before 1 a.m. The riad dont have visible after dark sign or name of the place, difficult to find although that it is at the one of the main road in medina. "
