"A great hotel , very close to tennoji have stayed twice and can highly recommend for efficiency and cleanliness- brilliant shower with provided products - only slight issue for me was noise levels from close trains but i happily and comfortably stayed and dealt with the noise with ear plugs - light sleepers - having clothes washing and drying facilities also most helpful - will defo stay again 👍😃"

"The place is clean, the bedrooms are spacious, the common rooms are cozy, the showers are high pressure, and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint is that the house dog situation was, for the time that I was there, a little concerning. They were quite vocal and unfriendly for the most part, apparently because they were in heat. I believe the staff when they say it's not always like that. But overall I greatly enjoyed Guest House Matsu so much that I kept wanting to spend time there...

"Inexpensive as it is away from the Namba area (city centre), but the Shinsekai shopping arcade is only a 5-minute walk. Of course, other areas of Osaka can be reached by subway, and a station is present almost just at the front door. The hotel is also not far from the Shin-mamiya station on the Nankai line to get from/to Kansai Airport. I lugged two bags (on wheels) from/to that station without difficulty. Facilities in the hotel commons are minimal but quite alright for a tourist that will...

"It was good. Check-in is a little weird. Staff was a little obnoxious, probably due to La Gaige barrier but could make it work. While most of the hostal was clean, Stairs were always dirty. Lots of Lint. And second night was a little hard to sleep on because neighbors were very noisy. Whenever they closed the door it would make a big bang and they spoke loud. Not really hotels fault but it is good to share this. Food around was great. Yeah, there are a lot of drunk guys but they are minding...
