« Booked a king room. The door wouldn’t unlock even for the front desk staff. They put us in a 2 queen room. My husband and I don’t sleep comfortably in a queen so we slept apart. NONE of the light outlets for pugging in your phone worked, the outlet being used for the floor lamp literally came out of the wall, The pool, which was one of the reasons we booked, was shut down with no seeable timeframe of being fixed.
