"The customer service of this place is next to none. They provided a code that doesn’t work for one of the doors we had to go through and no one cared to fix it. We were lucky that someone else with a valid code opened the door for us. I reported the problem right away and no one came to fix the issue at all. "This was one of the nicest hostels i've stayed in. My friend booked it for our first night in Iceland. We went with the upper bunk and I think it was probably better than having to crawl into bed. I am a tad claustrophobic, but I was alright sleeping in the room. If you're wanting to hang in the room then it would be too small, but the common area is great for chilling and have a hot tub! The location is central so instead of getting the breakfast we went to a local cafe and it was perfect! We also didn't get our rental car until we left for the rest of the trip because we didn't want to worry about parking. We just used the bus system from the airport and it was pretty easy. The bathroom has a blow dryer, multiple restroom stalls and shower stalls with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. It was a tad crowded trying to get ready in there, but overall really great! Would totally recommend this place to friends!"

"The location from outside not look that good and was lucky to have one parking spot avilable. Room very clean as well as washroom,look like been totally renovated. There is no front desk,everything done by codes for main entry door and your room once you check-in. Only negative concerns, that heater Knob was broken and we was unable to reduce room temperature, ended up by sleeping and keep window open,I already called the hotel staff but couldn't help."
