"When we areived we paid extra money for our dog to stay in room. Upon entering the establishment nothing was as pictured or advertised online. The steps to the second floor were treacherous, the room smelled, we had a dirt pillow with extremely uncomfortable bed. The linens were starchy and would literally scratch your skin. When we finally laid in the bed upon further inspection there was a discarded and dirty rag under the bed. Disgusting doesn’t even cover it. I am angry we spent good money and honestly paid a pet fee for what we got. My phone was bombarded with texts from the property for check-in. Check outs. Etc. not enough linens on bed for cold weather. I highly caution against staying in this hotel. It is not worth the money you save in the area to stay her. Strongly suggest spend more somewhere else in area! "
