"This is our second time staying at the Hyatt Regency Trivandrum and it’s only become better with time. The rooms are clean and well appointed with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The hotel common areas are beautiful with a huge pool and probably the best gym I have experienced at a hotel anywhere in the world. The staff are exemplary with a special shout out to the chef Prasad who cooked some special request meals for my parents for their anniversary. We also had wonderful service from Lalu, Simon, Keerthi, Akash and many others. The buffet breakfast was included in our rate and was excellent. There was also a Chinese restaurant with a Chinese head chef which was authentic and delicious. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The hotel rooms are excellent. The lobby and reception area have no AC and waiting there is quite uncomfortable. The staff are excellent. Aleena in the reception staff was very helpful."

"I cannot complain about this hotel stay at all. Our room was cleaned daily to perfection all room condiments where topped up daily. We had a full seaview room so the view of the Arabian sea was amazing. Sunset was fantastic.staff members was very polite and friendly. We had a couple of Ayurveda massage treatments. Very good it was. And also I need to mention the food in the restaurant's was absolutely amazing,it brings your taste buds back to life. We also had a couple of massages at the ocean spa. Absolutely fantastic relaxing it was and at a reasonable price.all I can say is I wished I stopped there longer.😔."

"If you want the sound of breaking waves 200 metres away, a spacious room, a big balcony (this time with a view of the bay and beach); a two minute walk to the sand and the sea and the lovely Kovalam beach; coconut trees all around and lots of local people enjoying the happy life, this is for you. It’s a very Kerala hotel, dark wood, space and carved wood. Friendly staff. It coups do with a bit of modernisation, but what you need will work. It’s very personal. I hade been there a year before and I was remembered. It could only be a South Indian hotel, with lots of atmosphere. The breakfast is simple and not a lot of choice, Laundry took a day but was well done. A very happy place indeed."
