No linens, towels, blankets, pots, pans or kitchen utensils provided. Cabin rates are for 6 people. Overnight guests over 6 - $20.00 per person flat charge. Maximum of 8 people and 4 cars per site. (People = Ages 0 – 100+ years) Day guests - $10.00 each. Day Guests must be out of park by 9pm. All vehicles must display camp passes. (Extra cars = $10 each per day) Zubers River Camp is nestled in the hill country, on the beautiful spring fed Frio River, across from Garner State Park, under the amazing Old Baldy. Not even a chair inside Cabon to sit on. Picnic tables inside and out. Toilet wouldn’t fill up about every 3rd flush had to add water to the tank with bathroom trash can. This property was as described. The hosts were super nice and helpful with everything we needed. The cabin was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The property is spaced out well, so you don't feel like you're camping on top of your neighbor. There's a VERY short walk to the river bank, which is well maintained.
