"Nice location close to Kyiv international airport but in quiet area of big city Kyiv. Amazing look from the window to city night lights. Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air."

![Podil is an AWESOME neighborhood of Ukraine that's crammed to the gills with great restaurants and cafes and bars.  3B just happens to be one of them where I took a photo!  Burgers are all the rage in Kyiv right now, and this is one of many places that features them on the menu and does a darn good job making them. "We stayed at Fairmont to celebrate our friend's birthday. Now I think it was perfect place for that. I asked at the reception to make small gift for my friend and you know, hotel provided a bottle of prosecco. It was very kind. The hotel is really luxury. The rooms in classic with huuuuge bathroom. The stuff is very kind and useful, especially waiter Ivan in the restaurant. He made our mornings. As for safety, there is a shelter in the underground parking. There were several air alarms, but we stayed in the rooms as we are locals and have iron balls :). Thank you Fairmont, and may be see you. "
