« We travel to Mason each year as do thousands, for the Cincinnati Open tennis tournament. We changed our hotel last year to the Studio Suites. It is a great location for the tournament - you can easily walk to the venue. However, the hotel felt a bit run-down from last year. The room was not ready when we arrived, and it was already after 5:00PM. When we got the room, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, so we did it ourselves - the area around the toilet was especially gross. The...
