"Wonderful panoramic view of the town, high class design, delicate decorations, convenient location...and we have been luckily upgraded to executive floor added with free fruits. What a incredible stay!"
"Hiyet Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, location was excellent, we could walk to pedestrian only zone, shopping mall, and lots of restaurants. Service was unparalleled, staff went out of their ways to help us. I would go back again without a doubt."

"This was our 3rd trip to this hotel, but our first since China had reopened to American visitors. Two of the three restaurants have closed and not reopened. The outside bar and vip area was closed. The outside pool was closed. The wait staff spoke poor or no English and the menu was severely limited. At Maro more than half the food was unavailable and their drink menu was almost non existent. The staff spoke little English. The front desk staff was kind and rooms were nice. I hated to see this property go down hill so badly. Now we will have to find somewhere else to stay at our next visit. :("
