Attention 62 access steps to climb to reach the residence and its absolutely incredible view of the Matterhorn - DIRECT ACCESS BY TAXI IMPOSSIBLE. Nice 28m² studio on the 4th floor of a residence completely renovated in 2019\. Fully equipped kitchenette in the entrance, living room with double sofa bed 140x200cms, dining area TV and internet. This living room gives direct access to the balcony with an absolutely direct and unobstructed view of the entire village of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. You will also have access to a collective ski-room and a collective laundry room which can be used in compliance with the rules and which is not accessible every day.
