"The room was clean"

"It was my first time booking a room there, so when I arrived, I chose to self-park my vehicle and walk to the hotel, which is connected to the casino. After parking and grabbing my luggage, I headed toward the elevator. A kind young woman let me know that luggage isn’t allowed on that elevator to the main floor since it goes directly to the casino, not the hotel. So I decided taking the stairs, which led me outside on the opposite side of the building. From there, I walked back up the parking ramp to my car, drove around to the front, and used valet instead. I generally avoid valet due to past damage to my vehicle, so that was frustrating. The hotel itself was fantastic, but it would really benefit from having a dedicated elevator or stair access specifically for hotel guests."

"The hotel has an access point from the parking lot, which was typically unlocked. When we arrived, using this access, a person entered the elevator smoking and nothing was done about it. The elevator smelled like a frat house during a party after that. The first room we had had a wonky desk, with a visible broken leg. No stand for luggage was provided and the pillows smelled. They ask you to request housekeeping before 11 AM but they didn't provide the service when we did. The second room lacked a toilet paper holder or stand and a hair dryer. Both Expedia and the hotel kept blaming each other but we just heard excuses and had no solutions. If you appreciate the piles of dirty towels on the floor in the corridors, this is your place!"

"Stayed 4 days no housekeeping. Had to find a housekeeping cart and get fresh towels!"

"The front desk staff, Ricardo, was awesome. He helped me out with some extra pillows again. Great job and very friendly. The over night front desk gentleman was outstanding also. Made me a fresh pot of coffee in the early morning. Thanks guys Now the rooms are to be desired for. 1 the room air conditioner is controlled automatically through the thermostat, you are not able to just turn the fan on manually and the room either gets really cold and then shuts off then the room gets really hot. Guests need to be able to control the air conditioner as they see fit. 2. The rooms walls are way to thin and we were up all night for our second stay here in less than a month. Both stays were sleepless nights."
