The attention to detail and warmth matches the loveliness of the place. So many home made components to breakfast made it delicious. It's an easy drive into Bruges centre.

Lovely 3 nights stay
We really enjoyed our 3 nights spent at the Fleur de Lys, The Hosts were warm and attentive to ur needs, Breakfast was superb, The room was spacious although the bathroom was not that big.. The grounds were lovely, Unfortunately the mosquitos were a bit annoying, but hey that is nature.

The hotel is nice and included a very good breakfast. Marco is a wonderful host and gave us helpful travel recommendations. Our room was nice and comfortable. We would suggest airing out the lobby and hallways and adding nice aroma. The building and grounds could use some upkeep.

This was an amazing find...its a château style hotel...STUNNING...from the marble reception...to the amazing rooms...was a pleasure to stay here...room had all u need for a comfortable home from home feel with an huge bedroom and bathroom...so well decorated and vvvvv clean...room had all mod cons ie tv..kettle..coffee maker etc...we felt so special staying here and would highly highly recommend if in area...grounds are beautiful...breakfast and parking was free...breakfast continental beautiful served to you by a charming host...luved luved luved staying here..thank you to proprietor natilie and marco..Great advive for coast along france...please stay and see the grandeur of this place.

Location is best for travelers with car. Public Transportation in the area is not good in weekends, but Marco was very helpful about getting me to the train station in a rainy Sunday. He and his wife care for the guests, they’re very attentive. This is a house from 1959 built like an old French residence and transformed by them into a hotel. I imagine weekend getaways for people from the area and events being held there.

We had the best time here whilst visiting family in Holland. This hotel was chosen due to its beauty and reviews. We had 2 rooms, one for us and one for our boys. A 3 night stay on our return journey home via Brugge. Marco and Nathalie our hosts were simply fab. Breakfast was exceptional and rooms were beautiful, Clean and spacious. We managed to pick the hottest 3 days ever so the pool was very welcome relief. Seriously 42 degrees.. Marco did everything he could to make us comfortable. Thank you both for everything 💖 We will return.

We recently spent a great couple of nights at Hotel Fleur de Lys. It felt like we were in a beautiful French Chateau. The owner, Marco was very hospitable and we enjoyed our conversations with him. We also enjoyed an excellent breakfast, which was included with our booking. We loved everything about our stay at Hotel Fleur de Lys and will sure come back again, hopefully soon. From BC Canada

GREAT OWNERS!
The owners are amazing! They were so kind and helpful, going above and beyond. They made excellent restaurant recommendations and even drove us to the bus stop to Bruges. The included breakfast was delicious with many options. The location was somewhat isolated, but an easy bus ride to Bruges. The hotel is in need of some maintenance, but it is an excellent value.

Fantastic stay
It's a lovely hotel within a 10 to 15 minute walk of the train station that goes onto Bruges or a bus stops right outside the hotel that also goes into Bruges. Marco was very welcoming and had lots of local knowledge, would recommend a stay at the Fleur De Lys.

Hôtel très charmant
Les gérants sont très gentils, accueillants, de bon conseils, serviables. Concernant l’hôtel, il est très charmant et pas très loin en voiture du centre de Bruges. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, tout comme le lit. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, revigorant et très bon.

Die Unterkunft ist einzigartig. Es ist sehr schön dort und man fühlt sich willkommen. Man kann quasi direkt vor der Tür parken. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Kaffee, Tee, Fön etc. Das Frühstück ist besonders und sehr liebevoll.

De gehele accommodatie was een plaatje en op een mooie locatie, vlakbij Brugge. De eigenaren runnen dit hotel met hart en ziel en hebben er hard voor gewerkt om er zo iets moois van de te maken. Een absolute aanrader

Twee woorden: vergane glorie. Lijkt van op afstand een top plek maar van zodra binnen valt op dat dit hotel dringend wat moet opgeknapt worden. Een duffe geur overal, handdoeken roken ook niet superfris… Klink van de badkamerdeur viel er af, frigo op de kamer maakte ‘s nachts veel lawaai. Het zwembad waar ik naar uitkeek: onverzorgd. De ligzetels met duivenuitwerpselen, de springplank die roest en stuk is, de plankenvloer rondom het zwembad… Geen idee hoe dit hotel aan top-beoordelingen komt. Voor 139 euro heb logeerde ik reeds in hotels die veel beter en een stuk hygiënischer waren. Ik zou dit hotel alvast nooit meer boeken. Hygiëne primeert, en die miste ik. Stofnetten in de plafondhoeken, een douche die haar mooiste tijd heeft gehad… Zonde van een pand met zoveel potentieel!

The room was filthy, allot of Dust and filthy bedsheets. There was mold in the bathroom (especially in the shower). At breakfast the Table sheets were Not clean.the Coffeecan was even dirty.. The "public" toilet in the hotel (at reception) looked like it was Not cleaned for a few weeks. The swimming pool was Not clean (Green water). The dog of the hotel was able to get to the breakfast room and he was dirty and smelled(don't get me wrong I Like dogs and got one myself but this one was Not really taken care off). We paid 124€ per night for 2persons, which is Not nothing after all.. I don't recommend this hotel after all. I don't enjoy writing bad comments but If the hotel is bad, it's bad...

Nette, preiswerte Unterkunft in alter Villa
Im Hotel "Fleur de Lys" wird man sehr freundlich empfangen. Das belgisch/französische Besitzerehepaar spricht auch fließend deutsch und englisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und elegant eingerichtet. Das Bad ist mit Dusche ausreichend groß.Es gibt auch eine Terrasse und einen Swimmingpool. Leider waren die Temperaturen nicht sonderlich einladend. Es gab ein sehr gutes Frühstück in einem äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichteten Frühstücksraum. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel "Fleur de Lys" wirklich empfehlen.
