"Extremely friendly staff (even by German standards), nothing was a problem. Very convenient location for the HBF (main station) - it is directly opposite, however this also means that it is rather noisy at night and attracts all kinds of lowlife. "

The next day we asked the staff why it was not working, and they said that the machine often has these problems. Because of this, I had to wait outside the entrance for two hours.
