Thankfully they did have the type of room we reserved available on the 4th floor which is the only floor with AC. The area outside our room needed repair and the bathroom could use updating. "Innovatively designed hotel situated in a quiet area with a nice dining room for eating in, and good breakfast. On the negative side, the bed lamps are ineffective with a very small bulb pointing upwards that could not be adjusted without risk of damage. I would prefer to see dedicated recycling bins in the rooms instead of an instruction to place recyclable items on the table, which I suspect may not be followed by everyone.
