Disappointed to see that our room was in another building, which was far from the main one that appears in the photos, where the spa and swimming pool are etc. not very confortable to be so far away. Then, the staff does not speak English…. And the bar is supposed to be open. And right after we ordered a drink at 21:30, they start closing it, turning off the music. If you don’t want people in the bar at night, do not advertise it internally in different places.

Booked Kastélyszálló and was rejected there and told my booking was with -Kuria which is a car ride away. I read about this before but figured if my booking is in the castle hotel I would not be moved to another named hotel with its own reception and restaurant while the spa access is the car ride back to the castle …

Our stay was an absolute blast! Beautiful environment, delicious meals and super helpful staff that made an extra mile to make sure we are having a great time. The only thing I didn`t like was two separate mattress in the double bed, it wasn`t comfortable.

Beautiful ambiance in the hotel and in its surroundings with friendly employees. However, many of them do not speak English, which is pity. The quality of food is very good, but the choice for dinner is quite basic. Overall this hotel is a very good value for money!

Egy hetet töltöttünk el a Battyány Kúrián feleségemmel. Az étkezés svédasztalos volt a reggeli és a vacsora esetében. Választékos ételek, kivaló ízek, udvarias kiszolgálás volt jellemző. A fürdőszoba kiváló volt, a szoba is rendben volt, a légkondival lehetett fűteni. Az ágy sajnos nem franciaágy volt, 2 db 200x90-es görgőkön àlló ágy volt, ami folyamatosan szétcsúszott.

Classic, Great hotel for relax, with good service and general condition . Only attention when you book because in Hotels site you’ll book castle but in my case confirm another building in same location but far from swimming pool , i solve all and manager find for me room in Castel , so thanks for service but bad info from Hotels.com

Das Ambiente der Gebäude ist sehr schön. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war gemischt. Während die Rezeption sehr freundlich war, war der Service ( Nur die Männer ) nicht so freundlich wie das weibliche Personal. Das Essen wurde als Buffet angerichtet, allerdings erwartet man in so einer Einrichtung etwas mehr Auswahl.Es erinnerte schon mehr an eine Klassenfahrt. Draußen sitzen war leider auch nicht möglich, da die Möbel nass waren vom vorherigen Regen. Zur Zeit des Essens war es allerdings wieder trocken. Der Spa Bereich ist super. Dort kann man zur Ruhe kommen und mal abschalten. Entweder bei einer Partie Schach im Schwimmbecken oder aber auch im Whirlpool oder in der Sauna.
