Struttura datata, reception inesistente, l’unica nota positiva è la posizione è il supermarket proprio sotto la struttura per il resto tutto pessimo. Bagno sporchissimo, finestre rotte balcone in comune. La signora delle pulizie si sforzava ed è stata gentilissima ma l’hotel ha bisogno di una bella rinnovata.

Posizione centrale vicino alla spiaggia, per chi ha la camera vista monte si avvertono a volte odori di fogna e immondizia perché i cassonetti sono di fronte, colazione servita a 200 mt da lì in un’altra struttura e molto scadente, tutti i giorni stesse cose misere, insomma l’unico punto forte è la posizione

L'appartement est situé à proximité de toutes les commodités (épicerie, bars, restaurants) et à côté de la plage. Il suffit de traverser la route pour aller se baigner. Le soir, la rue est animée et devient bruyante à cause des bars. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner continental est servi dans un bar à côté de l'appartement à partir de 8h30.

Room was ok for the money we payed. The people that were working there though were not friendly at all. They kind of behaved like they were making us a favour for letting us stay there. They didn’t even inform us when and where the breakfast was and we realised last minute it was at a pub 2minute walk away. Also breakfast was really poor

Oldie but very goodie.

I loved staying here. On first look I was a bit dubious with the very old furniture and mismatched 70’s tiles in the bathroom. But it was lovely and clean. The lovely cleaner came everyday to clean, change the linen and put clean towels if needed. We had mountain view over the salt flats and it was lovely and quiet. Being above the supermarket it was really handy for water and other supplies. Breakfast was a simple affair at a bar a short walk away called The Handsomes Bar. There was no choice but you did get a lovely fresh roll, slice of cheese and ham, butter, jam and a piece of cake. Tea or coffee, juice and plate of melon. Brilliant location. It was literally across the road from the beach via the palm tree beach bar which offered 2 sun beds and an umbrella for only €7 a day. Gorgeous food and beverages also. Very close to are the bars and restaurants. To check in you have to go to the Montes supermarket checkout and the staff there will happily help you. We will definitely be back.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Camera carina con balconcino . Presente frigo e lavello con forno a microonde . Bagno piccolino . Tv Smart con Netflix e aria condizionata. Stanza pulita e confortevole,per fare il check in bisogna andare al supermercato e x qualsiasi problema semore al supermercato bisogna andare,abbiamo avuto dei piccoli problemi che sono stati sempre risolti,struttura a due passi dal mare,vicino ci sono molti locali dove andare a mangiare e anche qualche negozio di souvenir,nel complesso buona struttura

We were fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to check in early and to be so close to Alykes Beach. However, there were a number of issues. Firstly, unlike other hotels, there is no one sitting at reception all the time. We arrived and no one was there to greet us. We were finally greeted by 2 cleaners who spoke no English. We had to use google translate to communicate until I realised they could speak Greek and we eventually were able to somewhat communicate with my broken Greek. We checked in at the supermarket next door with the owner. Secondly, we were told that we were in one room for one night and another room for the next two nights. This presented difficulties as we had pre-planned tours and activities for our short time in Zakynthos. We had a 12 hour tour on the second day that started really early and also had to pick up our hire car. However there was no one on reception to communicate that to and I had to communicate that through the cleaners as they were the only people around: When we went back to the supermarket to collect the new room key, we were greeted with passive aggressive comments from the owner to the effect of “oh now you come”. Unfortunately, we were not in a position to wait around to change rooms on our holiday and it is usually normal practice to stay in the same room. Thirdly, the second room we stayed in did not have the same amenities as the first room. It did not have a tv like the booking I made said.

Все нормально. Кровать хорошая. Завтраки нормальные. Мне хватало еще и на полдник. Телевизора не было, но мне главное интернет. С ним все хорошо. Отлично ловит и на ресепшн. Этот отель принадлежит супермаркету в этом же здании. Очень Удобно. Все можно купить рядом. Место отличное. Море 50 метров. горы не далеко. Остановка автобуса недалеко. Центральная улица. Балконы с видом на море также выходят и на улицу где полно баров с музыкой. До всех районов добираться удобно. Единственная для меня была проблема это холодно. Был в конце мая. Парковка сзади отеля просторная. Кондиционер не смог настроить на тепло. Еще немного протекал электрический чайник, но работал исправно. В общем, если еще раз окажусь на этом острове с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь. Цена-качество меня устраивает.

Per una vacanza senza pretese è perfetto!

Camere molto semplici, ma pulite, con aria condizionata, angolo cottura e balcone privato. Sulla strada principale di Alykes e a 50 mt dalla spiaggia (molto molto bella), intorno locali e ristoranti con l'imbarazzo della scelta. Sotto l'hotel c'è il supermarket, comodità non da poco! Le signore che gestiscono l'hotel sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Not what it used to be.

Very disappointing checking in they had no record of booking. After we had sorted that out. Beds not changed very often bins not emptied. After staying there last year i was very surprised how things have slipped.

For the price, this was a great place to stay. A little older but well maintained property and very clean. It is very close to the beach (across the street) and restaurants and bars. Another great feature was that they have a store with the property that has about anything you would need (food, goods, souvenirs). It is right on the main beach strip though so if you want a quiet and secluded place this would not be it. But if you want something centrally located where you can walk to a lot of stuff it is great. The staff was very helpful. Definitely would go back.

Accueil nul et inexistant climatisation ne marchep

Bonjour...je suis arrivé en Grèce le 17 août et c est lors de mon séjour dans cet hôtel que j ai eu l accueil le pire...en effet, j ai du attendre une heure et demi !!!avant de pouvoir rencontrer le responsable de cet hôtel...et encore j ai fait la démarche de me rendre dans le mini market juste à côté afin qu' il appelle gentiment pour moi afin de les prévenir...je trouve cela complément incroyable...je n' ai pas pu faire mon chien car évidemment le responsable n était pas présent...d ailleurs en deux jours je ne l ai jamais vu....de plus son sorry était vraiment court...bref je pense que la saison étant terminé pour lui, il s en fout complètement...si non la chambre était grande avec une belle vue et propre...je conseille donc à tous les voyageurs de hotel.com de se déplacer dans cet hôtel pendant la haute saison car ils auront peut être plus de chance que moi...Dernier point l hôtel étant situé en plein milieu de la ville les bars et autres dancing dont beaucoup de bruit, mais je le savais...Par contre pas évident de dormir avec la chambres fermé car le climatiseur fonctionne mal.....,......,.,................................,....................................................................................................................................................................................................... ................... . .. .. .....................................................................................................................

Abbiamo fatto il check-in alla cassa del supermercato montes perché alla reception degli appartamenti non c'era nessuno e nessuno abbiamo visto X tutta la settimana. Gli appartamenti erano discreti e puliti. Passabile era pure la colazione. Splendida, disponibile e affidabile è stata Angela , la signora che serviva la colazione. Internet pessimo. Si mangia benissimo nel locale fishayida,di fronte agli appartamenti, gentilissimo il personale.

posizione migliore di Alykes

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. E' di sicuro la migliore posizione di Alykes che è una tranquilla e confortevole cittadina. Camera piccola ma spazio sufficiente per 3 persone. Arredi e bagno datati ma puliti. Climatizzatore e frigo funzionanti. Colazione non molto varia ma soddisfacente. Personale gentile e accogliente. Posizione ottima( 50 metri reali ) rispetto alla spiaggia di Alykes e ai lidi più carini di Alykes. A pochi metri di distanza bar, ristoranti (di cui alcuni ottimi davvero), market, negozi souvenir e oggettistica mare , noleggio auto, agenzie per tour organizzati. ottima scelta per chi vuole alloggio senza grosse pretese ma confortevole e pulito e soprattutto adatto a famiglie con bambini. Da consigliare.

Really good stay. Staff really good. Room cleaned every day. Bedding changed regularly. Towels always changed. Only bad points are the mattress it was really hard. Bathrooms could do with updated
