L'hôtel est bien situé à 5 minutes à pied du front de mer et 15 minutes de la vieille ville. L'hôtel est très agréable, les chambres sont très bien et le petit déjeuner est très varié. « Mycket centralt boende, fina rum, lite svårt att hitta men gå in på restaurang Groppo och fråga, ingången ligger på baksidan där, ej skyltat. Tog en timme innan vi fick nyckel då ingen mötte upp men vi fick ett glas medan vi väntade. Bra frukost på Groppo från ordinarie menyalternativ. Restaurangen var stängd en morgon så vi fick ringa och fråga och blev hänvisade till rest. Eat för frukost. Vi fick också en frukostpåse till avresemorgonen då vi frågade. »

« Très bon accueil d’un réceptionniste français. Nous étions situés dans un bâtiment neuf d’il y a deux ans où la chambre était parfaite. Vu piscine et pas de bâtiment situé à deux pas de la mer. « Notre hôte a été adorable, nous permettant de nous installer avant l'heure. Le studio était tout confort, très bien équipé et chaleureux. Idéal pour un couple. La literie était parfaite. « Chambre avec vue sur la Cathédrale Sainte-Anastasie : quel bonheur chaque matin ! Il est idéalement situé dans le vieux centre-ville de Zadar. Malgré sa situation centrale, c'était assez calme (on y est allé fin octobre). Ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel au sens français mais plutôt un Airbnb professionnel où vous allez chercher les clés dans le restaurant d'à côté. Vous êtes à 5 min de taxi de la gare routière. »

« When we arrived by taxi i honestly did not want to get out, the building itself is grotesque, it had graffiti all over it and looked like it was a slum, however when we approached the door it was okay, when we opened the door you would not have said what was behind it, beautifully decorated, sauna and hot tub, spacious bedroom, really nice, only problem we had was it rained really hard one night and water was coming through window where hot tub was, we rang owners and they were there in 5 mins,...

« We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. We had the biggest queen bed ever and the kids slept on the sofa bed. The air con was working. Do bring your soap and shampoos,...

"Superbe hôtel bien placé près du port de ZADAR et de la vieille ville. Petit déjeuner fantastique. Lit super douillet et très belle chambre . Le personnel a l’accueil et au restaurant est très sympathique et accueillant. Ils se plient en deux pour vous. Bravo ,je donne 10/10 à cet hôtel. Je reviendrai."

"Le studio est très bien fait pour 2 ou 3\. La quatrième personne est un peu juste sur le plan de la literie, car le deuxième lit est un clic clac de 140 cms de large, donc pas assez large. Pour le reste très bien pensé et bien équipé, sauf le nombre de verres en trop petite quantité. La terrasse est un vrai plus. L'emplacement bien placé à la limite de la ville. "
