Needed a place for one night near downtown, this was perfect for the price.

I stayed at the Paradox Hotel in April and it genuinely exceeded expectations from start to finish. The room was excellent, well-appointed, comfortable, and exactly what you’d hope for from a hotel of this calibre. The amenities were a real highlight, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring the city. What truly set the stay apart, though, was the quality of the service, attentive, professional, and genuinely warm throughout. If you’re visiting Vancouver and want a hotel that delivers on every front, the Paradox is an easy recommendation. I’ll certainly be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver before our Alaska cruise. The location simply could not be better for cruisers — the cruise terminal is literally downstairs, making embarkation day incredibly easy and stress-free. The hotel is also perfectly situated right on the waterfront and within walking distance of great restaurants, Canada Place, Gastown, and downtown attractions. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. Watching the harbor, cruise ships, mountains, and seaplanes from our room was a highlight of the trip all by itself. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to luggage assistance, everyone made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The Pan Pacific truly feels like part of the Vancouver experience and is the perfect way to begin an Alaska cruise vacation. The food options nearby were fantastic as well. I absolutely loved the gourmet breakfast buffet at the hotel each morning. For dinner, Miku next door served some of the best sushi we’ve had, and Chronic Taco was surprisingly incredible for a casual meal. Between the amazing views, outstanding location, excellent staff, and great dining options, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

We knew we just needed a place to crash by airport and the price was cheap so our expectations were not high They are doing renovations to improve the property but we were in a very worn room. The bed was clean at least and no bugs but I would not shower there it looked rough my spouse attempted but the shower head did not work. When I checked in there was no one there for 5min I was wandering around a construction site and felt extremely uncomfortable I would have just left but we pre paid Wouldn’t return but good news we slept and did not have bugs
