We very much enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival we were given the choice of an upstairs or downstairs room. We stayed near the heated indoor pool which was very much enjoyed by our kids. The hotel had an Easter egg hunt for the kids which was an added bonus for our kids. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were bet clean. Convenient location near the entrance to Yosemite National Park. Would definitely stay here again as it was a true pleasure enjoyed by each of us.

The room was quite okay but there is no handicap access to the room which made it very difficult for us to access the room. The breakfast is decent and the staff were very helpful.

Electric charge stations available, but limited. Indoor pool/hot tub not in service during our stay (2/2024). Restaurant is okay but make sure they are open first. We got turned away three times. We were frustrated with restaurant availability and disappointed facilities were not in working condition.

From the time we arrived, our stay was excellent. Matt was amazing and checked us in. The room was wonderful with a balcony that overlooked a park setting. The staff was very excited about their property.the room was beautiful, fully stocked, had a wonderful coffee station and refrigerator. The beds were wonderful. A five star restaurant next to the property with an amazing bar. Going back in two weeks and staying there again! Cant say enough good things :) Cindy

excellent amenities, across the street from a major antique fair and vintage shops. next to public transit, 7/11 , downtown is minutes away . 7 minutes from bass lake... family friendly ,large and spacious rooms with a microwave and a decent sized fridge . the only point deduction is for not having any floor covering in the dead of the winter ... it was very hard to walk on bare carpetless and rugless floors when its 30s and below outside. otheriwise. best western is the best choice

Amazing experience! Close to the park, groceries and restaurants. I like their breakfast. It’s seldom for hotels to offer such a generous breakfast choices. My kids love the indoor pool. We will definitely be back.

Needs updating everywhere. We had to move from a nonsmoking room , because it smelled like smoke and must. The next room was better but ceiling fan was full of dust, and dirty behind tables and lamps. Bed was lumpy and spare blanket didn’t smell washed. Sorry, for price this was a big let down.

Outdoorsy feel was like a cabin. Walking up the hill was a little rough for my dad was is 80. Maybe have a golf cart available for the elderly
