I had an emergency back home in MA and I had to leave a day early and the front desk told me to contact Expedia to get a possible refund. I called and no one picked up. It’s so frustrating!

Even though they advertise "daily housekeeping" the first thing they tell you as soon as you appear is that there in not daily housekeeping. The place is ok for one night stay but for more than one, be prepared to run to the reception for toiletries etc. For a 10 day stay, I had to ask for vacuuming of the carpet, dusting of the room and change of sheets.

Exterior of property in great shape. New, modern looking lobby and dining area. Good breakfast...would be better if they had more fruit options. Coffee was not good. Guest rooms are outdated. Carpet in room didn't seem clean. Bathroom seemed recently updated and very nice, but bedroom was dated. Old, nicked up furniture. Bed was ok. Had a decent sleep. Overall good experience and value for the price.

Wonderful place to stay
It was a fantastic place to stay everything was so clean and everyone was so helpful and friendly. My brother and I totally enjoyed it and will come back again. Loved the pool.

My experience was not good. There was no electricity for two hours. I paid to rest and be able to sleep for a few hours and I couldn't do it since for that I need to use a special machine and without electricity I couldn't do it. I spoke to the receptionist and she didn't pay attention to me, she just said I'm so sorry, I can't control that.

The room was perfect in every way -- plus the pillows are amazing! The breakfast bar was outstanding. The entire hotel was lovely, super clean and very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking is wonderful.

The bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. The cleaning service was non-existent, despite repeated requests for housekeeping services. Plus, shower curtain was moldy. Staff was not helpful in answering questions. Staff was not very friendly. After complaining about lack of housekeeping service and receiving “I’m sorry” the was no remediation of the problem/request. Aside from the breakfast being good we did not have a positive experience at this Best Western. We will not be selecting a future stay at Best Western Hotels. Also, we will not be recommending a Best Western stay to any of our family or friends.

It checks all the boxes but it's mostly self serve. There's a fitness room and everything works but, you're turning the lights on, and they haven't filled the water-cooler in a while, there's an indoor pool that is unattended and closes about an hour too early, it has a hw as ter that keeps it just above chilly. The TVs have cable but basic and the batteries in the remote take a few times to work. There's your standard breakfast fare. It's not bad for an in and out, but probably not a destination
