Nestled on the edge of the picturesque village of Burnby, near Pocklington in the East Riding of Yorkshire, Cartwheel Cottage is a charming, ‘upside-down’, dog-friendly retreat accommodating two/three guests. The cottage boasts a prime location just half a mile away from the renowned Wolds Way, making it an ideal haven for nature enthusiasts and avid walkers.  
  
Upon entering the cottage, guests are welcomed into a well-equipped kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, featuring a range of modern appliances. Ascend the stairs to the first floor, where a delightful living space awaits, offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and equipped with a Smart TV for entertainment. The bedroom is a haven of comfort, featuring a kingsize bed along with an additional day bed. The room’s character is enhanced by its pretty décor and sloping ceiling. The shower room provides a unique experience with its scenic views of the Yorkshire Wolds. Outside, an enclosed garden with comfortable seating allows guests to unwind and soak in the tranquillity of the surroundings.

With the Yorkshire Wolds on its doorstep, the cottage provides an excellent base for exploring miles of walking and cycling trails. Burnby Hall and Gardens, in close proximity, add to the appeal of this perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing escape in a beautiful countryside setting.
