With sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Sea View retains many of its charming 1900's features such as the original bead board, hardwood floors, wood paneled ceilings, and more. It has been beautifully renovated and boasts a modern kitchen, bathrooms, and more. An ideal home to escape to with family or friends. Enjoy morning coffee looking at the ocean from the vintage swinging loveseat on your veranda or play croquet on the sprawling lawn with family and friends. Just yards away, Short Sands Beach and downtown York Beach Village offers a sandy beach, quaint shops, ice cream, restaurants, entertainment and more--perfect for the young at heart! Looking to adventure beyond Short Sands? We are located less than 1/4 mile from Long Sands Beach, a short walk to the Nubble Lighthouse and a short bike ride to York Village. One Long Beach Vacation Rental Properties also owns the Sand and Surf which is located next door. In addition, we have five properties located down the street at our One Long Beach address. These include three charming cottages (Goose Rocks, Heron Neck, and Owls Head) as well as the Main House and the Carriage House. Renters must read and acknowledge the Renters Information and Agreement Letter for the property. .
