The beautiful expanse of Long Sands Beach is an easy stroll down the road from this sunny duplex in York. Surfer or sunbather, beachcomber or lobster enthusiast, you'll have the very best of Southern Maine at your fingertips.

This two-story home is half of a duplex property, one that sits only three blocks up Beacon Street from Long Sands Beach. It's the perfect setting for taking it easy or for getting out and exploring, with York's Wild Kingdom, the Nubble Lighthouse, and the center of town all within two miles. Head out for scenic drives up and down Route 1, with Ogunquit (seven miles), Kittery (nine miles), Wells (12 miles), and Kennebunkport (18 miles) close by.

Take your pick of the upper and lower decks for your first cup of coffee each morning, and return to these lovely outdoor spaces with coffee and dessert at sunset. The interior is every bit as inviting, thanks to an open floor plan, high ceilings, and generous windows that let in the coastal sunlight.

Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table to seat your guests, and a cozy den with a smart TV for after-dinner movies. There's a washer/dryer to refresh the day's swimsuits, complimentary WiFi to help you keep track of the tides and surf, and three serene bedrooms.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
