"It is an amazing place to stay with brilliant location and wonderful staff for our stay. There is free tea tasting and making experience along with nice breakfast, afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup. Highly recommended for first-time or relaxing family stays. My mother is pretty happy to do laundry everyday with great location to natural dry clothing. The locaiton is brilliant to access the old town. There is a dedicated staff Nana answering our questions before and during our stay, super helpful to meet our goals."

The only complaint is it may take sometimes for the hot water to arrive, and the room is a bit cold. "Staff was very helpful. If you get a room facing the ancient city, it's beautiful.. sunrise (facing east) and night view. The hotel position is at the hill top of the Ancient City with the hotel entrance just a few steps to the stairways leading to the ancient city.. inaccessible to the wheelchair bound folks. It is better to have the hotel arrange for your transportation to the hotel as it is difficult to find. If you make your own way there, they will provide you with another hotel's address (where the taxi can drop you off), then they'll pick you up from there (you have to call them when you arrive). You'll also need help with your luggage as the pathway leading to the hotel is not user friendly and there are steps down leading to the hotel entrance. Breakfast, it's simple... don't expect a good meal. They can help you with online purchases (food or anything) with delivery within the hour upto 10 pm... this is exceptionally fast and efficient. "
