"Exceptional, peaceful sanctuary with view of the lake. Very clean. Nice deco. Pristine condition. 3 min walk to emart. No eateries nearby. Roads are not v walkable as there is no pedestrain walkway. Few street lights at night. Cabs easily available with Kakao T app. The lady who checked us in was v kind, helpful and caring. Speaks very good English. Enjoyed our stay. Will come again in autumn. Take note there are no elevators but staff offered to help with our luggages."

"First, I know minimal korean, and I am a vegetarian who don't eat onion garlic, but dairy products is fine. From Jamsil station Exit 5, walk till you see a signage says 7000 on one side, there will be a queue, and tell the driver you're going to Seorak Bus Terminal(1st Stop!) Try catch it at 1230pm (or even earlier for seats) to catch the shuttle bus(location to wait @ see 1st photo) to the village otherwise cabbing there is approx. 30,000 won. Bike Friendly, good hotel

"Nice modern hotel. Friendly staff. Allowed us to store our bikes in our rooms. Nice evening meal and breakfast (fantastic views over river from restaurant). No hotel bar which we felt was a bit unusual. Hotel feels slightly isolated. Overall, ideal for our bike-packing one night stay"
