From Jamsil station Exit 5, walk till you see a signage says 7000 on one side, there will be a queue, and tell the driver you're going to Seorak Bus Terminal(1st Stop!) "It was a bit tricky finding the entrance at first and had to go down a steep hill. There's a large parking space. The entire place looked really pretty. The room structure was unique. There is a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and a stream. You can have bbq at the balcony for extra fee. It would be great to visit in the summer and swim in the stream! There were a lot of spider webs between the trees. It's really eco-friendly. "

"The location, property, and cleanliness were excellent. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on it personally, but I heard that it was very good. Some staff members were kind and professional, while others were smiling but not particularly kind, helpful or proactive. I stayed at the Lotte Hotel near City Hall two years ago and was deeply impressed by the kindness of the staff, which influenced my decision to stay at this location. Unfortunately, the level of service and hospitality here was not comparable. That said, this did not apply to every staff member, only some. I found the service at the neighboring Sofitel to be much better, although I preferred the rooms and facilities at Lotte. I also ordered in-room dining, but the food was mediocre, especially considering the high price, which was very disappointing. I do not think I would stay here again. However, for families traveling with children, this could be an excellent choice because of its convenient location, rooms, and facilities."
