the persons who stayed in next room was snoring for a whole night and I had zero sleep. if you can hear the snoring clearly the build of the property is very poor. every component is very low and the sink in the bathroom comes up to only just above my knees. it is completely out of the health safety level and I twisted my back just tried to wash my face.

It was nice they had a free ice machine. The room was cozy. Only a five minute walk from train station. On the opposite side the Terrace Mall Shonan is there. Staff were friendly.

As a non-smoking asthmatic, I made a booking for a non-smoking room (they still have smoking and non-smoking rooms in Japan). On arrival I was given the keys for a smoking room. I advised that this was not what was booked but they said that only smoking rooms were available. That evening I made a booking for a non-smoking room at another hotel, and filled out an Expedia check-in survey advising of my experience (non positive). The following morning, approximately five minutes before I checked out, the hotel phoned me in my room to say that they now had a non-smoking room available but, as it was too late for me, I declined the offer. When I checked out (after one night of seven booked), I was not asked for any reason(s) for my early departure. It is difficult for me to make any positive recommendation for this hotel based on my experience

Room is average size for Japan but location is super convenient to train station and mall.

The bed is not comfortable at all.
The wall is too thin, so, you can hear everything next to your room. The staff was trying their best but there is nothing much you can do.

Dai-Ichi Inn Review
The hotel is five minutes walk from the rail, and there is a mall that is connected to the rail station. The mall is celebrating its 4 yr (2015). The mall is huge with everything you can think of. The rail makes it very convenient to travel anywhere. The hotel is 30 minutes walk to the beach, and while the beach is not in top shape you can swim and watch the sun go down if your that nature loving type. There are a number of restaurants close by some open as late as 1am. Didn't see any night life. 4/5 Hotel staff extremely friendly 5/5. The hotel serves a breakfast and for the price given the variety in cuisine 5/5. The carpet in the room was filthy, in fact, the carpet in the hotel was filthy. A good steam cleaning is long over due. The carpet in the hotel is filthier than the carpet on the train. 2/5 The room was tiny but given the price 3/5 Overall 3/5

The personnel was very rude (especially the men). My mom wasn't feeling well, and they even treated her rudely.

Not nice in any fashion...stay away!
I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. The people were so rude, and the air conditioning didn't work. Had it not been a holiday weekend, and another hotel available...my family and I would have moved to different hotel. The front desk people (especially Italy the men), were rude and unhelpful for anything. The maid for our stay was the only one who kind and went out of her way. I only wished I knew her name so I could have told her this. She should have been at front desk to greet people.

This hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Tsujido JR Station making it very convenient to get around. Within walking walking distance, this hotel has many dining choices from individual street side restaurants as well as a large a shopping mall including many varieties of food and gift ideas. The guest rooms are a bit small compared to western hotels however, they were comfortable and well appointed. Each room comes with all the usual amenities such as Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap but also included other toiletries such as Toothbrush, combs, cotton swabs and more. A simple kimono style night gown is also provided for those that didn't pack a change of clothing to sleep in. The room we booked included breakfast buffet which included many choices of food from western breads and meats and fruits to a Japanese style breakfast including fish, miso soup and natto every morning from 07:00 to 10:00. This hotel caters to both smokers and non-smokers on various floors of the hotel. Due to the smoking floors, the non-smoking floors and elevators do have a slight stench of cigarette smell that leaks in. The rooms themselves did not have the smell which was nice. Overall, nice hotel with good proximity to a train station. Good access to various foods.

館内の温度管理が出来ていない。 朝食会場のすぐ横でスタッフの愚痴が丸聞こえ。 エレベーター内にタバコの臭いが残っていた。 非常に残念なホテルだった。

一部リノベされてて綺麗でしたが、洗面所は古さを感じ残念でした。清潔感はあり満足ですが、湯船に浸かり下から見上げると掃除が行き届いてない箇所が気になりました。アメニティに化粧水、乳液があれば尚良し。窓の前に隣のアパートの玄関ドアがあり、カーテンは開けれませんでした。夜寝るだけならいいと思います。壁が薄いようで、隣の部屋のイビキ、くしゃみ、話し声などが気になりました。

良かったです。
駅から歩いて2分くらいで、近くにコンビニもあって、駅の逆側にはショッピングモールもあり、いろいろ揃ってますので結構便利な場所にありました。朝食も美味しかったです。そして午後でも美味しいコーヒーやスープを飲めます。結構良かったです。1点だけ少し気になってたのはクーラーの方から水が少したれてきました。

禁煙の部屋を指定させていただきましたが、匂いは気になりました。あとは可もなく不可もなし。快適に過ごせます。ホテルが周辺に他にないので、近辺でお探しされてる方は選択肢なしかと。
