You can't flush toilet paper and there isn't a bidet/bum gun, so you have to get your room cleaned every day since you have to put toilet paper in the trash can."
"I was given a "upgrade" to a slightly bigger room. After entering into the room, I realised that there is a loud buzzing sound due to some electrical faults which can only be stopped if the key is not slotted into the power supply for the whole room. I feedback to the staff who told me that they were full for the night and cannot make any changes. So much for the upgrade! So my family including my 15 month daughter could hardly sleep through the night. The only consolation is that they refunded...
