« The Trilogy experience was a wonderful experience very nice clean hotel. However, there was a constant fragrance in the lobby and dining areas that caused my friend to almost have an allergic reaction, so we were not able to dine at the hotel nor enjoy the first floor amenities. fragances should be at a minimum that you cannot spell. »

« The only entrance is guarded by a valet service, but the staff was great. We were put in an ADA room that was not cleaned and turned over until 4 PM. The room was clean but there was loud music coming from somewhere else in the building after 10 PM and the refrigerator was too small to hold a "to-go" box. For a room with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) I found it odd that there was only 1 chair in the room. The location is perfect with a good number of shops and restaurants within a short walk as...

« J’ai réservé deux semaines en avance une chambre non-fumeur et la jourude mon arrivé il n’y a pas de chambre non-fumeur de libre. Le cable fonctionne à peine deux minutes puis s’arrête. Le plancher suinte l’humidité et les murs sont ouverts à certains endroits, donc insectes parfois présent dans la salle de bain. »

« I know the rule you get what you pay for yet this place was absolutely not in the same boat for this rule.. People checkin nice and polite.. Cleaners nice and polite. Room was like needing lots of maintence being all was obviously just loose and not secured even the floor in Bathroom was not secure. Refrigerate not secure the door Frame on A/C falling off. plus the bed linen for cover sheet was witha big nasty stanin on it and the room across the hall was allowed ot have loud and very dirruptive...
