"Staff are so friendly"
A verified traveller from Laguna Hills stayed at Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel
"Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast
They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week."
